DENVER, Colo., Sep 04, 2024 (247marketnews.com)- WiSA Technologies (NASDAQ:WISA) executed a definitive asset purchase agreement to purchase the intellectual property and information technology assets of privately held Data Vault Holdings for $210 million, 40 million shares of WISA common stock, to be issued at $5 per share, plus a $10 million note.
