DENVER, Colo., Aug 26, 2024 (247marketnews.com)- MEDIROM Healthcare Tech’s (NASDAQ: MRM) subsidiary, MEDIROM MOTHER Labs, formed a capital and business alliance with NFES Technologies.

NFES Group will participate as the lead investor in MOTHER Labs’ Series A financing round, which values MOTHER Labs, on a pre-money basis, at 9 billion yen.

Furthermore, MOTHER Labs will also collaborate with Hyakkaten.com, an e-commerce retailer operated by NFES Group, to conduct general sales through department stores and e-commerce sites nationwide.

NFES Technologies specializes in sales of MOTHER Bracelet and plans to expand sales both domestically and internationally as the designated main distributor of MOTHER Bracelet products.
