24/7 Market News- BigBear.ai and Concept Solutions awarded shared IDIQ contract with FAA

DENVER, Colo., Aug 21, 2024 (247marketnews.com)- BigBear.ai (NYSE: BBAI) reported that it’s one of fourteen companies awarded a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Information Technology Innovative Procurement Strategic Sourcing (ITIPSS) contract to support the Office of Information Technology (AIT), with a $2.4 billion shared ceiling over ten years, which will enable the Federal Aviation Administration to acquire a full range of IT capabilities, solutions, and emerging technologies.

Concept Solutions (CS) will head a group of 12 subcontractors to support the AIT in achieving its strategic IT initiatives.

BigBear.ai will support CS to manage nationwide information systems and provide support for administrative, financial, and security programs to enhance operational and facility management capabilities.
