Ball as the Company’s new Chief People Officer (CPO), effective immediately. Ball has served in this role on an interim basis since August of 2023. Reporting directly to Carla Vernón, CEO of The Honest Company, Ball will continue working alongside Honest’s executive leadership team and Board of Directors as the leader of the People & Workplace function.
