The First Bancorp Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend

DAMARISCOTTA, Maine–()–The First Bancorp (NASDAQ:FNLC), the parent company of First National Bank, today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 36 cents per share. This fourth quarter dividend is payable January 16, 2025 to shareholders of record as of January 6, 2025.

“As we approach 2024 year-end, I am pleased to announce a dividend of 36 cents per share for the fourth quarter,” remarked President & Chief Executive Officer, Tony C. McKim. “The quarterly dividend continues to be an important contributor to the value we offer our shareholders. Based on a closing price of $26.57 per share on December 18, 2024, the annualized dividend of $1.44 per share represents an attractive yield of 5.42%.”

Founded in 1864, the Bank serves Mid-Coast and Down East Maine with eighteen offices in Lincoln, Knox, Hancock, Penobscot, Waldo and Washington Counties.
