(the “Company”) (OTCQB:QNTO), the holding company for Quaint Oak Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 was $570,000, or $0.25 per basic and diluted share, compared to $1.8 million, or $0.87 per basic and $0.82 per diluted share for the same period in 2022. Net income for the six months ended June 30, 2023 was $1.1 million, or $0.51 per basic and diluted share, compared to $4.0 million, or $1.99 per basic and $1.88 per diluted share for the same period in 2022.
