(NASDAQ:PNTG), the parent company of the Pennant group of affiliated home health, hospice, home care and senior living companies, today announced that it has acquired Southwestern Palliative Care and Hospice (“Southwestern”), which provides skilled hospice services in Yuma, Arizona.
