The call will be conducted at 8:00 a.m. CT, following the release that morning of Northern Trust’s first quarter 2024 earnings press release. The webcast, related presentation materials, and the earnings press release will be accessible on Northern Trust’s website.

Northern Trust will also webcast its annual meeting of stockholders live on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. The meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. CT and the webcast will be accessible on Northern Trust’s website.
