(NASDAQ:NXTP) (the “Company”), a digital native ecosystem for finance, digital advertisers, and video gamers, announced today the Company has received a notice from NASDAQ that it has not held an annual meeting of shareholders within twelve months of the end of the Company’s fiscal year end, and no longer complies with NASDAQ’s Listing Rules (the “Annual Meeting Rules”) for continued listing.
