(NASDAQ:MVLA) (“Movella”), a leading full-stack provider of sensors, software, and analytics that enable the digitization of movement, announces today that it received a notice (the “Notice”) from the Listing Qualifications Staff of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) on November 16, 2023 stating that Movella is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) as a result of Movella’s failure to timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 (the “Quarterly Report”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
