Luxembourg, May 22, 2024 – Pursuant to the share repurchase program announced on December 15, 2023, Millicom repurchased 17,164 of its Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) between May 20, 2024 and May 22, 2024, as detailed in the table below. With these transactions, the share repurchase program has concluded, with Millicom repurchasing 2 million shares, for a total amount of SEK 375,950,837 (approximately $35 million).
