(CSE: HG) (OTCBQ: HGCPF) (the “Company” or “HydroGraph”), announces that, further to its news release disseminated on March 18, 2024, since Stuart Jara ‎has resigned as a Director of the Company and will not stand for re-election as a Director at the ‎upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company that will take place on April 2, 2024 (the ‎‎“AGM”), the management slate of director nominees to stand for election to the board of directors ‎at the AGM shall consist of only four directors, being David Williams, Kjirstin Breure, David Morris ‎and Paul Cox. Similarly, the shareholder vote to set the number of directors has been amended ‎to four directors.‎
