MUNSTER, Ind., Dec. 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Finward Bancorp (Nasdaq:FNWD) (the “Bancorp” or “Finward”), the holding company for Peoples Bank (the “Bank”), today announced that on December 22, 2023 the Board of Directors of Finward declared a dividend of $0.12 per share on Finward’s common stock payable on February 5, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 23, 2024.
