Mr. Nossokoff currently serves as Vice President – Finance of The LGL Group, Inc. and Vice President – Financial Reporting of M-tron Industries, Inc., and was a former Manager — Financial Due Diligence at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Mr. Nossokoff is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Nossokoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University, and a Master of Science in Accounting, from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
