SINGAPORE, May 31, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bitdeer Technologies Group (Nasdaq:BTDR) (“Bitdeer” or the “Company”), a world-leading technology company for blockchain and high-performance computing, today announced that it entered into a subscription agreement with Tether International Limited (“Tether”) for the private placement of 18,587,360 Class A ordinary shares and a warrant to purchase up to 5,000,000 additional shares at $10.00 per share.
