MINNEAPOLIS, May 19, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Autoscope Technologies Corporation (OTCQX: AATC) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.26 per share payable to shareholders of record as of May 30, 2023 with payment expected on or about June 6, 2023. This includes a payment of $0.13 per share for the 2023 first quarter dividend, which was delayed by the late filing of the Company’s 2022 Annual Report, including its audited financial statements, as well as an additional $0.13 per share for the current quarter.
