(the “Company” or “Assure”) (NASDAQ:IONM), a provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring (“IONM”) and remote neurology services, announced today that shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 18, 2022, will be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on December 28, 2022.
