Akoustis Receives Development Order from New RF Front End Module Maker Customer
Huntersville, N.C., April 04, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Akoustis Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:AKTS) (“Akoustis” or the “Company”), an integrated device manufacturer (IDM) of patented bulk acoustic wave (BAW) high-band RF filters for mobile and other wireless applications, announced today that it has received a new development order for a Wi-Fi 6E/7 XBAW® filter solution for the access point market from a leading Asian RF front-end module maker. Akoustis will help design and develop filters for this new customer, with qualified parts expected in the first half of calendar 2024.
