(NASDAQ:PFSW) (the “Company”) today announced that, in connection with the Company’s recently announced special cash dividend of $4.50 per share (the “Special Dividend”), Nasdaq has determined that the ex-dividend date for the Special Dividend will be December 16, 2022 (the “Ex-Dividend Date”) in lieu of the November 30, 2022 date previously announced by the Company.
