(“Company”) (NASDAQ:PBHC), the holding Company for Pathfinder Bank (“Bank”), announced third quarter 2023 net income available to common shareholders of $2.2 million or $0.35 per basic and diluted share. This reflects a decrease of $1.0 million compared to the $3.2 million or $0.52 per basic and diluted share, earned in the third quarter of 2022. The Company’s total revenue for the third quarter of 2023, after provision for credit losses, was $10.4 million, a decrease of $811,000, or 7.2%, compared to the same quarter in 2022. The Company’s total revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2023, after provision for credit losses, was $31.0 million, a decrease of $2.4 million, or 7.3%, compared to the same nine month period in 2022.
