Stonestreet, effective at the conclusion of the Company’s Annual Meeting on November 13, 2023. Richard T. “Stick” Williams, currently Vice Chair and Lead Director of the Company, will serve as Chair of the Company upon Stonestreet’s retirement from the Board of Directors.
