TORONTO, June 28, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — 79North Inc. (CSE: JQ) (“79North” or the “Company”) announces that it will amend the exercise price of a total of 7,900,000 share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”), which are exercisable to acquire common shares in the capital of the Company (the “Shares”) to $0.03 per Share. The Warrants were originally issued in tranches on July 15, 2022 and July 26, 2022 and are currently exercisable at a price of $0.08 per Share until July 15, 2024.
