(OTCQX: FBSI), the holding company for Stockmens Bank (“Bank”), Colorado Springs, Colorado, announced today that its Board of Directors declared an annual cash dividend of $0.30 per share on the Company’s outstanding common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on April 15, 2023 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2023.
