Cielo Announces Binding Letter of Intent to Acquire Carseland Facility from Rocky Mountain Clean Fuels Inc. and Announces Termination of Agreements with Renewable U Energy Inc.

(TSXV:CMC; OTCQB:CWSFF) (“Cielo” or the “Company”), a company fueling renewable change, announces that it has entered into a binding letter of intent (“LOI”) to effect a transaction that will position Cielo for commercial production and revenue generation upon closing, expected on or before September 6, 2024 (the “Transaction”), subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange as required.
