DUNMORE, Pa., April 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — On April 26, 2023, the Board of Directors of FNCB Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:FNCB) declared a dividend of $0.090 per share for the second quarter of 2023, an increase of $0.015, or 20.0%, from $0.075 per share for the second quarter of 2022. The second quarter 2023 dividend is payable on June 15, 2023 to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2023. Year-to-date dividends declared in 2023 total $0.18 per share, an increase of $0.03 per share, or 20.0%, compared to $0.15 per share in 2022.
