(“Summit”) (Nasdaq: SMMF) today announced receipt of all required regulatory approvals or waivers necessary to complete the previously announced merger of equals pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization, dated as of August 24, 2023, by and between Burke & Herbert and Summit.
