(NASDAQ: ESLT) and (TASE: ESLT) (“Elbit Systems” or the “Company”) announced today that its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”), which was postponed to Thursday, April 18, 2024, from its originally scheduled date of Tuesday, April 9, 2024, has been further postponed in order to allow the Company time to consider additional comments received from the market with respect to the items on the Meeting agenda. The date and time of the postponed Meeting will be published by the Company in due course, and a revised notice and proxy statement for such Meeting will be filed and made available to shareholders in accordance with applicable law.
