(NASDAQ:ATNF) (“180 Life Sciences” or the “Company”), today announced that it received notice from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel (the “Hearings Panel”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Hearings Panel has determined to grant the Company’s request to continue its listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market, subject to the Company meeting certain conditions, including filing on or before July 31, 2024, a public disclosure describing the transactions undertaken by the Company to achieve compliance with Nasdaq’s continued listing rules and demonstrate long-term compliance with the Equity Rule (defined below) and providing an indication of its equity following those transactions.
