KULR Technology Group, Inc. (NYSE:KULR) reported, this morning, that it received a six-figure contract from Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) to develop phase change material heat sinks, which are pivotal for the thermal regulation of essential electronics within long-range precision missiles.

Mesoblast Limited (NASDAQ:MESO) stated that U.S. FDA informed the company that the available clinical data from its Phase 3 MSB-GVHD001 study appears sufficient to support submission of the proposed Biologics License Application (BLA) for remestemcel-L for treatment of pediatric patients with steroid-refractory acute graft versus host disease (SR-aGVHD).

“We thank the agency for their collaborative approach. The responses and guidance from FDA are clear and provide us with a high level of confidence to refile our BLA for remestemcel-L in children with SR-aGVHD,” said Mesoblast CEO Dr. Silviu Itescu.

Canopy Growth Corporation (NASDAQ:CGC) celebrated, last week, the German government’s final approval legalizing cannabis, as well as advancing a clear victory for enhanced medical cannabis access, which will officially be recognized as a non-narcotic in Germany, starting April 1, 2024, enabling adult German consumers to consume cannabis legally and without fear of prosecution.
