Morning Market Movers: Disruption, Defense & AI Dominate the Headlines
DENVER, Colo., Oct 01, 2025 (247marketnews.com)- VENU (NYSE:VENU) is setting the tone this morning after ThinkEquity raised its price target to $18 while reiterating its Buy rating, calling the company a “blueprint for a new asset class in experiential real estate.” VENU is breaking the mold with its vertically integrated live entertainment campuses that combine hospitality, ticketing, and community-backed financing.
The bullish call comes alongside a new strategic partnership with Billboard, launching the first-ever Disruptor Award, honoring innovators reshaping music. The award will debut at Billboard’s Live Music Summit in Los Angeles on November 3, 2025, further aligning VENU with cultural change-makers and giving investors another reason to tune in.
With operational venues in Colorado Springs and Gainesville, and new sites breaking ground in Texas and Oklahoma, VENU continues to position itself as “infrastructure for culture”, not just another concert operator.
Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ:RZLV) is defying gravity this morning after obliterating analyst expectations in its first-half 2025 earnings. Revenue came in at $6.3 million, a +426% YoY surge and well above the $5.1 million consensus. Gross margin hit a jaw-dropping 95.8%, far surpassing the expected 60–70% range.
With over 100 enterprise customers, including Ferrero, H&M, Urban Outfitters, and ASOS, and strategic partnerships with Microsoft and Google, Rezolve raised its 2025 ARR guidance to $150 million and set a bold 2026 target of $500 million. Its Brain Suite platform, designed for “Agentic Commerce”, is fast becoming the AI engine of global retail, processing 13 billion+ API calls and powering 1.6 billion search sessions.
Nova Minerals (NASDAQ:NVA) is charging higher after its U.S. subsidiary Alaska Range Resources was awarded $43.4 million from the U.S. Department of War under the Defense Production Act. The funding will accelerate development of a domestic supply chain for antimony, a critical mineral used in munitions, semiconductors, and energy systems.
The project, located in Alaska’s Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals Project, will support national security goals by reducing dependence on foreign suppliers, especially China. CEO Christopher Gerteisen called the award a vote of confidence in the project’s scale and the strategic importance of its resources.
Lithium Americas (NYSE:LAC) is making waves after announcing it has reached preliminary terms with General Motors (NYSE:GM) and the U.S. Department of Energy for a $435 million first draw on a previously announced $2.26 billion loan.
The deal gives the DOE a 5% equity stake in LAC and a 5% economic stake in the Thacker Pass JV, a key lithium project in Nevada. With the first draw expected in Q4 2025, the agreement sets the stage for Lithium Americas to onshore large-scale lithium production, a critical step in strengthening the U.S. battery supply chain.
C4 Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CCCC) is gaining traction after signing a clinical trial collaboration with Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) to evaluate a promising combination therapy for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. The upcoming Phase 1b trial will combine cemsidomide, C4T’s IKZF1/3 degrader, with elranatamab (ELREXFIO), Pfizer’s BCMAxCD3 bispecific antibody.
Pfizer will supply elranatamab at no cost, while C4T leads the trial set to begin in Q2 2026. Early data on cemsidomide show strong T-cell activation, potentially enhancing immune response when paired with elranatamab. C4T CEO Andrew Hirsch sees the collaboration as a major step toward improving outcomes in earlier lines of therapy.
