Hycroft Mining Strengthens Balance Sheet with New Equity Investors Eric Sprott and AMC Entertainment
Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation (Nasdaq:HYMC), which owns the Hycroft Mine in Northern Nevada, filed its 10-Q for the first quarter of 2022. While its Q1 2022 gold and silver production, was in line with forecast, at 5,358 ounces and 16,861 ounces, respectively, the biggest highlights included adding Eric Sprott and AMC Entertainment as new investors.
Hycroft raised gross cash proceeds of $194.4 million through a $55.9 million private placement offering, during the quarter, with Eric Sprott and AMC Entertainment and $138.6 million in an at-the-market equity offering program.
