Tesla founder Elon Musk put up a collage of Bored Apes as his Twitter profile picture on Wednesday. ApeCoin (APE), the native token of the Bored Ape Yacht Club ecosystem, surged 11% during the European trading session.

It was a crazy weekend for the crypto community.

On Saturday, Yuga Labs, the creator of popular NFT collection Bored Ape Yacht Club, launched a sale of virtual land deeds for its yet-to-be released, highly-anticipated metaverse project, Otherside.
