24/7 Market News Weekly Wrap

Please forgive me for late posting this week’s wrap, but I got lost in reviewing MoBot’s alerts. If MoBot was a baseball player, he would have ripped the cover off the ball, but that doesn’t mean that we dropped the ball with the companies that editors covered.

This Week’s Headliners and Daily Picks

Soligenix (NASDAQ:SNGX) reported an FDA orphan drug update, which we covered early Monday morning and it more than doubled from there, but it couldn’t hold the gains and turned into a one-day trade.

On Tuesday, we covered Dragonfly Energy Holdings (Nasdaq:DFLI) fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial and operational results. Although it took longer to basically double, it seems to be holding its gains.

INVO Bioscience (Nasdaq:INVO) should have been an easy 50% mover from when we covered its fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial results report and provided a business update, on Tuesday morning.

On Wednesday, Spectaire Holdings (NASDAQ:SPEC) made up for INVO not doubling, by nearly tripling, from when we covered SPEC’s news that it formed a distribution partnership that grants global distribution rights for Spectaire’s AireCore units for the oil and gas industry to a Fortune 1000 Energy Company.

Thursday was our best day, as Bio-Path Holdings (NASDAQ:BPTH) doubled after we covered the news that it reported completing the second dose cohort of the dose escalation portion of its Phase 1/1b clinical trial of BP1002 evaluating the ability of BP1002 to treat refractory/relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients, including venetoclax-resistant patients.

Benitec Biopharma (NASDAQ:BNTC) reported positive interim clinical data and it closed a $40 million private placement.

We finished Thursday’s coverage with AGBA Group (NASDAQ:AGBA) and Triller Corp stating that they agreed to combine and the proposed business combination will result in a valuation of approximately $4 billion on a pro-forma basis.

Long term Ongoing Coverage Stocks.

Our most recent Kraig Biocraft Labs (OTCQB:KBLB) coverage started in late January when shares were about 3.5-cents. It traded over 15-cents since then and, assuming that they’re successful with their spider silk production scaleup, that could soon become the floor. Recent ranges have been .08-.10 and looks coiled up. (Kraig Profile)

The increasing rumors for (NASDAQ:BREA) mean it’s a good time to pick an entry and wait for upcoming catalyst announcements.

Brera Holding (NASDAQ:BREA) is actively scouting to acquire the next piece of their multiclub ownership (MCO), professional football team puzzle, which could include some well-known names.

Several articles in Europe are circulating about a $20mill euro purchase of an Italian professional soccer team.

This will be substantial news.

Longeveron (NASDAQ:LGVN) at $2.631 and hit $4.25 on Tuesday.

Jaguar Health (NASDAQ:JAGX) at $0.123 and it doubled to 26-cents.

Kaival Brands (NASDAQ:KAVL) at $5.143 and it crossed $9.50 less than an hour later.

ProKidney (NASDAQ:PROK) at $2.245 and it nearly doubled by the next morning’s premarket.

Red Cat Holdings (NASDAQ:RCAT) at $1.001 and it hit $1.50 on Wednesday.

Tuesday- WiSA Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:WISA) at $2.525 and it traded over $14 in Wednesday’s premarket.

BrightSpring Health (NASDAQ:BTSG) at $12.817 in afterhours and it crossed $25 about 15 minutes later.

INVO BioScience (NASDAQ:INVO) at $1.124 and it hit $3.50 the next day.

Spectaire Holdings (NASDAQ:SPEC) at $1.278 and it hit $2.20 a few hours later.

Edible Garden (NASDAQ: EDBL) at $6.079; it more than doubled to ~$12.50.

I’m going to do a few more before I tap out.

TIAN RUIXIANG (NASDAQ:TIRX) at $1.015 and it crossed $1.80 30 minutes later.

Bio-Path (NASDAQ:BPTH) at $3.521 and it was over $7.50 the next morning.

Complete Solaria (NASDAQ:CSLR) at $0.386, this morning, and over 80-cents, this afternoon.

As you can see, MoBot is on fire.

Have a great weekend and we’ll see you Monday.
